Booking Info

As of January 1st 2016: 

The Arena will be availble to hire after all shows (providing there is availability or no previous bookings - see diary).

The Rate to include use of SJ course or dressage arena will be: £20 per horse, per 30 min session.

Please note the following conditons apply:

• The Arena must be left in the condition found - all droppings removed in skips provided. The SJ track must not be altered - if it is, it must be returned to its orginal track. Heights may be adjusted freely.
• Any breakages must be reported.
• Monies to be paid on the day - cancellation on the day must be paid for in full.
• Please arrive at least 15 mins before your booked slot. Slots are booked on a 30 min basis and days can be full.

For clinic or event booking please go to the Diary page and select the event you wish to book by date/name.
 
·        For Unaffiliated events please follow the ‘download booking form’ and complete and return the forms as per the instructions on the form.
·        For Affiliated events to apply please click the link and you will be redirected to the appropriate booking site where you will be able to apply and pay directly online.

Please note all our prices INCLUDE VAT @ 20%, if on booking you require a VAT receipt please request this and we will be happy to send this with your booking confirmation.
